HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The order will be processed in about 2 to 5 business days, while the delivery should take between 7 to 20 business days due to item demand and the nature of the product (30+ days in some rare cases depending on the location). 

In some cases it might take a little longer due to further processing in Customs from heightened screening measures from the pandemic, but the whole process should take no longer than 35 days based on our previous experience. 

If you don't receive your ordered products within 55 to 60 days from the date of your purchase, you are automatically eligible for a refund.

DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFO?

Yes, we do, each order will come with tracking info. We might ship the products you ordered in multiple packets due to custom restrictions on size and weight. We will provide you with the tracking codes via email once your packages are shipped. It usually takes us 2-5 business days to process and ship the products ordered, some handmade items may take up to 7 business days.

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any Customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For any problem with your product, contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve any problem!

For any situation like Pandemic or Worldwide Lock-down due to some unavoidable circumstances you have to allow us 60 Days to refund your order.
